The changes that the civil reform (law 206/2021) makes its debut give lawyers more space in family disputes, with roles that are partly different from traditional ones, for the proceedings that will start the day after tomorrow, Wednesday, June 22.

This is the first step in an overall reorganization: for most of the regulations - which include the creation of a single court for individuals, minors and families and the provision of a unified rite - the reform dictates only the principles and criteria of delegation, which must be translated into provisions by legislative decrees of the Government, to be adopted by 24 December 2022.
