The Village by CA TriVeneto, CRCLEX law firm, JeST APS, the junior enterprise of the students of the University of Padua, created the first meeting of “Strategic Business and Legal Co-design”, an interdisciplinary collaborative format to support innovation. The event was held over two days at the headquarters of “Le Village” in Padua and ended on Saturday.

For once, legal, technical and “business modeling” issues were addressed together in a series of sessions and interdisciplinary challenges. Thanks to contribution from legal professionals, students and junior business consultants have been designed new data-driven growth paths that will be developed by participating startups.

This is a new format that will be re-proposed in other offices at national level as it responds to the need of entrepreneurs to approach technological development in an integrated way in order to allow the acquisition of leadership positions in unexplored technological markets.
In the world of innovation young people are the most effective interpreters of changes driven by technological innovations.

“It was aunique opportunity to co-define a strategy of co-innovation by reciprocally transferring skills from a business, legal and IT point of view - he said Carlo Rossi Chauvenet, managing partner of the CRCLEX studio -. The participating companies not only received advice on the opportunities that the new regulations in the field of AI and data are creating in their mutual sectors, But they were also able to select those students and those junior consultants cwho, due to their technical preparation and age, will be better able to implement the digital strategies that we have designed together.”

Le Village, inaugurated in 2022 in Padua, is an innovation accelerator at the service of businesses and startups participated by Crédit Agricole Italia, Galileo Science and Technology Park, Assinduria Veneto Est and the Unismart Foundation of the University of Padua. It hosts about twenty partner companies and about 50 startups, with a rapidly growing position in the TriVeneto region, thanks also to the support of 45 enablers and a focus on six sustainability objectives of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
