Alessandro Chiappini
Alessandro is Senior Consultant of the Digital Team.
Attorney at the Court of Padua, he deals with national and international contracts, intellectual property and the law of new technologies.
In these areas, he has gained strong expertise in the fields of electronic commerce, information technology and artificial intelligence. He also provides advice on the protection of personal data, acting as Data Protection Officer for various national and international companies.
Graduated with honors in Law from the University of Padua, Alessandro subsequently attended the Data Protection and Privacy Officer advanced training course and obtained a Master's degree in new technology law and legal informatics, at the University of Bologna.
Alessandro is part of the Data Protection Law Research Group of the University of Bologna, contributing to publications on the law of new technologies.
