Camilla Donà
Camilla is a lawyer at the Padua Bar and deals mainly with personal law, family and minor relationships, inheritance, with a particular focus on estate planning and generational transitions.
He obtained a master's degree in Wealth Planning and Wealth Management, thanks to which he supports individuals and family businesses in the management and protection of assets, also with a view to inheritance and intergenerational protection.
She is registered on the lists of the Court of Padua as curator of minors and curator of recumbent inheritance. She also acts as a guardian. She also has the qualification of Parental Coordinator and is a member of AiCOGE — Italian Association of Parental Coordinators.
She is a founding member and vice-president of the Padua section of ONDIF — National Observatory on Family Law, as well as an active member of the Lenford Network — Advocacy for LGBTI+ Rights, of AIGA — Italian Association of Young Lawyers and of Famtech.
She is also a civil mediator, with an approach oriented to resolving conflicts through listening and building shared paths, especially in complex and high-conflict family situations.
