Carlo Rossi Chauvenet
Attorney Carlo Rossi Chauvenet is Managing Partner of the firm and has consolidated experience in the fields of IT law, privacy and personal data protection, as well as corporate law.
He holds the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO) for important national and international companies and is recognized as one of the leading experts in Italy in the field of Data Protection, Legal Tech and digital business models.
He is a Fellow of the Italian Institute for Privacy and Data Valorization, where he also carries out teaching activities as part of the Privacy Master Course.
In the academic field, he is adjunct professor of “Privacy Law and Data Strategy” at the LL.M. in Law of Technology and Automated Systems at Bocconi University, as well as a professor at the Master for Business Jurists and the Master in Open Innovation Management at the University of Padua.
He is coordinator of the Legal Clinic of the startup accelerator “Bocconi4Innovation”, co-founder of “Sweet Legal Tech”, a consulting firm specialized in legal innovation, and co-founder of “Iubenda”, the first Italian legal tech company.
Author of numerous scientific contributions and articles on privacy, new technology law and digital innovation, he regularly speaks at conferences and seminars at national and international levels.
He is also President of the National Center for IoT and Privacy and promoter of the “Data Valley” project, an initiative aimed at encouraging cooperation between SMEs and digital multinationals.
