Giacomo Marcia
Giacomo is Head Consultant of the Digital Team, specialized in data protection, IT/commercial contracts and new technology law.
His expertise is particularly concentrated in the fields of digital marketing and digital signage, where he has developed experience for national and international clients.
He holds the role of Data Protection Officer for various national and international organizations, including leading national media agencies, supporting them in the implementation of GDPR/AI compliance strategies in the context of digital marketing.
His expertise also extends to the assistance of startups and companies with a high technological content, with a particular focus on digital signage, collaborative robotics and self-driving last mile delivery systems.
He also attended the “Master of Personal Data Protection and Data Protection Designer” course organized by the Italian Privacy Institute under the patronage of the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
At the same time, Giacomo holds the role of Head of Legal Integration at Sweet Legal Tech, a company that deals with digital transformation for legal teams, combining legal and technological skills to optimize processes and increase operational efficiency.
