Giulia Patrassi Leopardi

Giulia Patrassi Leopardi has been a lawyer since 2015 and Director at CRCLEX. Graduated cum laude in European and Transnational Law from the University of Trento, she discussed a thesis in corporate law on the financing of shareholders in s.r.l. and spa.

In 2018 I completed a master's degree in corporate law and business contracts organized by Sole24Ore. After collaborating with leading Italian law firms, he has gained solid experience in the field of business and corporate consulting, assisting Italian and international companies in governance, reorganization and investment operations, with a specific focus on startups, innovative SMEs and family businesses.

At the same time, he has gained in-depth expertise in inheritance and family law, in which he provides assistance in separations, divorces, the regulation of custody and child support, as well as with regard to estate planning, the protection of fragile individuals and the generational transfers of assets and companies.

She is a family mediator and carries out positions as guardian and special curator for minors and for the protection of the existing legacy and carries out continuous activities in the protection of vulnerable people and in the management of complex family conflicts.

He has the qualification of Parental Coordinator and is part of the Italian Association of Parental Coordinators — AICoge and of INCOGE — National Institute for Parental Coordination.
