Giulio Messori
Giulio is Director of the CRCLEX Digital Team.
Among the first in Italy to hold the role of Innovation Officer within a law firm (as recognized by Agenda Digitale, LegalCommunity and Il Sole 24 Ore), since February 1, 2022, he has also been an “Expert” in Legal Affairs at the Digital Transformation Team of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, with the task of representing the Department at the main working tables of the European Commission in the field of digital matters.
He is also responsible for Sweet Legal Tech, a company specialized in the analysis, selection and integration of the best legal technologies on the market.
He graduated in Law with honors from the University of Bologna, with a thesis in Legal Informatics and Commercial Law.
He then obtained with honors an LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology from the Bocconi University of Milan. He deepened the relationship between technology and business while studying at the Copenhagen Business School.

Giulio is responsible for the “Legal Design” module within the specialization course “Coding for lawyers and legal tech. Programming for jurists, smart contracts and legal design” at the University of Milan. He is also an Academic Fellow at the Department of Law of Bocconi University, where he coordinates the teaching of Legal Tech as part of the LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology.
