Lorenza Cracco

Lorenza Cracco has been founder and owner, since 1982, of Studio Cracco Rossi Chauvenet, now CRCLEX.

She is a Supreme Court lawyer and expert in personal, family and juvenile law, as well as in canon law and in the management of generational transitions. With an interdisciplinary vision and a work style oriented to collaboration and innovation, he leads a team that integrates both legal and mediation skills.

After graduating in Law at the University of Padua (1979) and a degree in Canon Law at the Pontifical Lateran University (1987), he built a solid legal career, practicing his profession in all levels of judgment, including the Court of Cassation. She is authorized to provide legal advice before the Ecclesiastical Courts for marital nullity proceedings.

For over forty years, he has been dealing with complex cases in family and juvenile matters with competence and sensitivity, even at the international level. He also has consolidated experience in estate planning and generational transitions, supporting families and businesses in the continuity and transmission of family and business assets.

Lorenza played a pioneering role in the dissemination of Collaborative Practice in Italy. She is a founding member of AIADC (Italian Association of Collaborative Law Lawyers), a member of the IACP (International Academy of Collaborative Practice) and responsible for years of the Paduan section of the association. She obtained the qualification as a family mediator and has contributed to the training of numerous colleagues, both as a teacher and as an organizer of courses and conferences.

She was responsible for the Personal Law Section of the High School of Specialization in Family Law, teacher and member of the Scientific Committee, as well as a member of the AIAF and AIADC National Board of Directors. She is a founding member of the Padua Juvenile Chamber and of the FAMTECH Association.
