Vanessa Cocca
Vanessa is Legal Director in the CRCLEX Digital team and a lawyer registered with the Order of Milan.
He deals with legal advice on new technologies, personal data protection and regulatory compliance, drawing on international experience gained in Brussels and Copenhagen.
He plays the role of data protection officer for important Italian companies and multinational groups, in particular in the sectors of healthcare, digital identity verification and generative Artificial Intelligence.
Alongside his professional activity, he regularly gives lectures and speeches in the academic field and specialized conferences, as well as publishing scientific articles on technology law.
As Data Protection Officer, he assisted the company Aindo s.r.a. in obtaining the first certification ever recognized in Europe pursuant to art. 42 GDPR for the generation of synthetic data in the healthcare sector.
