Roberta Carraro

A lawyer registered with the Padua Bar, Roberta Carraro deals with civil law, with particular attention to family law, the management of family assets and inheritance law.

She is registered on the regional list of voluntary guardians for minors at the Venice Juvenile Court, where she actively acts as a guardian. She is also included in the list of support directors at the Court of Padua, holding numerous supporting administrative positions with commitment.

Since 2024, she has been a member of the Am.pr.i. (Administrators for the Protection of the Incapable), further consolidating her commitment to assisting people in a state of incapacity.

Since 2022 she has been a member of ONDIF (National Observatory on Family Law), contributing to initiatives and studies related to family law.

Since 2021 she has been a member of the FamTech Institute Association, with which she has carried out projects to prevent and combat bullying and cyberbullying in middle schools in the Veneto Region.

He obtained his Master's Degree in Law at the University of Trento discussing a thesis on “Cyberbullying in Italy: from criminological analysis to regulatory evaluation”.

During his academic career, he did an internship at the eCrime - ICT, Law & Criminology research group of the Department of the Faculty of Law in Trento, collaborating with the European project CREEP - Cyberbullying Effects Prevention.
